  • The history, philosophy and practical application of ashtanga yoga as it is currently taught in Mysore, India.

  • Step by step guidance on how to develop your very own ashtanga practice that can be done in our shala (yoga school) or in the privacy and comfort of your own home.

  • Asana’s and Vinyasa’s as taught specifically in the Ashtanga method.

  • Tristana Method (Breath, Bandha, Drishti)

    Each week’s class will build upon the previous week’s instruction, giving you ample time to adapt to new concepts and techniques. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to begin a practice that addresses health of mind, body, spirit. Ashtanga yoga is accessible to all ages, all body types, and walks of life as can be seen in our current community. We pour our hearts into this work and are here to support your journey every step of the way. Questions welcomed through email, social media or in person throughout the week at the shala.
