Sarah and I have both completed our initial teacher trainings with her and know that you’ll immediately understand our connection to such a strong, grounded, intelligent and caring woman. Sheri has continuously practiced yoga daily for over 40 years and is an embodiment of what yoga and Ayurveda can do when you dedicate your life to it. Sheri is coming to DAYS to offer an intro to Ayurveda Workshop on 8/31.  For those unfamiliar with Ayurveda, it’s considered the sister science to yoga and is an ancient holistic practice for keeping the mind, body, and spirit in balance.</p>

I've learned all of primary, intermediate and advanced A series from him and am currently in the home stretch of learning advanced B. But beyond asana, my biggest goal (and greatest reward) is to instill in my students a devotion, faith and enthusiasm for this practice.
